In our effort to help provide a fully accessible and optimized experience for our website visitors, JamsWorld has taken careful measures to help ensure an enhanced user experience, whether the website visitor is using assistive technologies such as a screen reader, magnifier, or other assistive technology to access the website.
This website is monitored and tested by ADA Comply Guy Inc., an independent Digital Accessibility consultant who uses AudioEye Software, a third-party provider of Web Accessibility testing and monitoring, as part of a complete hybrid solution to comply with WCAG and ADA requirements governed by the Department of Justice.
Results of ongoing testing are available to JamsWorld in the live ADA Comply Guy Inc. Reporting Portal to monitor updates as needed. Further, to the extent JamsWorld engages ADA Comply Guy Inc. for expert review, remediation and user testing by people with disabilities, ADA Comply Guy Inc. will work with AudioEye to either remediate discovered issues or provide a Source Feedback Report (SFR) for JamsWorld to remediate the issue with their web agency. Finally, both ADA Comply Guy Inc. and their vendors work to continually improve and refine their existing solutions.

ADA Comply Guy Inc. uses AudioEye as a part of its total ADA Accessibility solution. The Trusted by AudioEye badge represents a commitment to accessibility and digital inclusion.
The AudioEye certification process involves automatic and, if applicable, expert review, remediation and user testing to increase conformance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA Success Criteria. ADA Comply Guy Inc. and AudioEye continue to work in an ongoing effort with JamsWorld to help maintain conformance with the success criteria and help provide an accessible user experience for all website visitors.
ADA Comply Guy Inc. certifies that JamsWorld has engaged them to help conform with WCAG 2.2 Level AA Success Criteria.
AudioEye uses the following web browsers and web-based assistive technologies in testing its solutions:
- The most recent and immediately prior two versions of any desktop standards-compliant web browser that represents over 5% market share.
- Web-based assistive technologies such as screen readers (i.e., JAWS, NVDA, and VoiceOver), magnification, voice dictation, and keyboard-only navigation generally favored by the disability community.

JamsWorld has leveraged the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 as reference to help ensure the web content made available from this website is more accessible for individuals with disabilities and user-friendly for everyone. These globally recognized best practices (as recommended by the World Wide Web Consortium) consist of three levels of accessibility measurement (A, AA, and AAA). AudioEye references Level AA of these guidelines in helping provide accessibility.
